These rates include my time, airfare and all travel expenses. All traveling dates require a 50% deposit. Deposits can be made in cash, wire transfer, or credit card. You will not loose your deposit if you need to re-schedule your appointment. The deposit will be held and applied towards a future date within 3 months. If I have incurred any travel expenses due to a late cancellation (prepaid hotel, re-routed airfare...etc) those expenses will be deducted from the deposit and will not count towards the future date.
